8 precast structures in the south ridge parking lot. Steel parts for RFID installs are in barker parking decks. Better get them on installed and out of the parking...lifts open in just 79 days As .ugh as I hate to post this, I severely doubt that for this season. My guess is opening day will need actual TTB on at least Locke and Barker and premade reservations. If they just do Locke, still betting they need to be TTB and then the amount of skiers they will be able to accommodate will be miniscule compared to the normal opening day crowd. Gonna be a strange winter I think.

Only 2 of the 8 concrete supports for the the RFIDs remained in the South Ridge Lot yesterday evening. 3 of them are staged in the sou th ridge base for the chondi and SR express.

Very surprised SR is so far behind SL on install of the gates. SL already has the foundations in for the gantry arms at all the main base lifts (not sure about West Mountain). Hoping to come up next week, wonder if Barker Base has been prioritized and is further along?

I didn't get to barker but my wife said there was "trenching going on over there" when she was out for a walk.

True Wheelie, but if that is the case, surprised they started at the resort to the North as SR is usually first to open.

Okay snowgun geeks...can you identify these ones which recently showed up in the SL park area? (apparently Boyne never throws anything away!)

I didn't get to barker but my wife said there was "trenching going on over there" when she was out for a walk. Didn't make it to barker again this weekend but did see one set of the rfid stantion parts staged at the base of north peak. I have not used the the rfid system at loon. Is it similar to that at Alta? One station and reader per lift (2 for chondi since 2 loading points)? I hope it works better than the scanners. I would hate to see a back up of the line because the rfids are not scanning properly. Depending on their location Should be fun to see folks try to get through scanner and line back up to get on Chondi. It was hard enough before.
