I don't know how others will make it work that rely on sit down service (Matterhorn, Brians) vs more takeout based (Kowloon, Suds).
That plus no Gould students filling up places on random weekday evenings.

Whoever can figure out a prepared food model will slay it this winter.

I'm thinking this year weekends will be take out or reservations only for me. Or maybe move my dining out night to midweek

Going to be a strange one for sure.
Barking Dawg might do a killing this year with their 22 Broad favorites to go.

Roosters just announced they are closing for the winter, reopening next spring or summer. Posted on Team Bethel.

Gourmet in a Pinch should consider re-opening. They had some of the best pre-made meals and a drive through window. I know they must have taken a very hard hit this summer with their wedding business and this could help offset that loss.

They've been closed for a couple years now, but I agree, their food was top notch.

With all you guys staying out of the restaurants, I should have no problem finding a bar stool or table

With all you guys staying out of the restaurants, I should have no problem finding a bar stool or table Good luck with that. Barn says they only have six stools available, heard the Foggy is limited to about ten stools total from their usual 30-40, finding a stool will be quite the task I imagine.

Mills now says October 13th, restaurants can go to stage 4 and that is 50% capacity or 100 per room. That may slightly improve seating around town, but I agree that she has been a bit too slow for some business owners to make their plans around.

We may have to fire up the Mini Winnie, for a lil parking lot booting up, lunch & Apres Ski action.
My neighbor already wants to rent it for Xmas Week and Feb Vac week - $$$
