21 years ago today we lost over 3,000, innocent individuals and first responders.
Many of us in Boston knew someone on one of those planes. Many more in metro NYC knew people who worked in the twin towers.
Lost a favorite patient of many years, and one of my best friends from college. They both died trying to help and save others. RIP - Doug Cherry & Amy Sweeney

Hard to believe it was 21 years ago...... Let us also not forget all the brave men and women in our military who answered the call then, and to this day.

I always make it a point to say something to our Residents on 9/11. Most of them were only 4-5 years old at the time...
Both my friends died saving others. Their dreams are still coming true, through their foundations...
RIP Amy Sweeney and Doug Cherry.

Everyone needs to visit the 9/11 memorial/museum at ground zero at some point, so moving and important in making we don’t forget. 🇺🇸
